If the TRX+ is set as a slave via RF or other external connection, the LED (2) will flash momentarily on startup to indicate "resync to master". This is a normal function of the TRX+.

Why does my Blackmagic Design URSA camera not see LTC from my :minitrx+ or UltraSync ONE?
The URSA has a dual function LTC IN /GENLOCK port. Rather than being a standard high impedance LTC input, it is a 75ohm input instead because of the Genlock functionality. This means that the TCS LTC output may not have enough current to produce a high enough LTC signal for the 75ohm load camera input.
There is a workaround however, simply use the SYNC output of the :minitrx+ or UltraSync ONE instead and select in the menu LTC out instead of Work Clock or Genlock. Select HIGH output level. The port is designed to drive a 75ohm load, so the LTC will be a healthy strong level.

TRX lockup / non responsive
We are currently addressing an issue where the TRX+ firmware version 4.19 can lock up and become unresponsive to the control knob. The display may still operate but the user is unable to change any settings of turn the unit off.
The only current solution is to wait for the battery to completely drain. When the TRX is recharged it will work normally again.
We are currently working on a firmware fix which will be available in the next firmware release.

Can I use one minitrx+ as a master and others as slaves?/Can the minitrx+ be used to receive and transmit at the same time?
The minitrx+, like all of our devices, is a timecode over RF transceiver, and so can be set as either a master transmitting unit or slave receiving unit.
It can receive timecode in over BNC from an external device and then wirelessly retransmit that over RF to all receiving slave units in the workflow. It can’t however be set to both receive and transmit timecode wirelessly, at the same time.
