Please check that you are running the latest version of the USB updater application, available to download from the support page on our website (www.timecodesystems.com/support/firmware)
Then attempt the following:
- Restart the unit and the PC/Mac being used
- Ensure that the unit is switched on and that the computer is connected to the internet for downloading
- Change the USB cable
- Attempt the download from an alternative device
