iOS - The latest version of the BLINK Hub app is available to any device on iOS 11 or later. If you are having trouble loading the BLINK Hub on iOS 13, please ensure that you have downloaded the most recent update (November 2019)
Android - Unfortunately, due to new Google security regulations, the BLINK Hub app is not compatible with Android 9.0 or later, and as a result has been removed by Google from the Play Store. If you already have the app installed, it will continue to work, provided you continue to run a version of Android prior to 9.0
