On your android phone or tablet open the "play store", use the search feature to locate the "Blink Hub" app. Select the app pulished by Timecode Systems Ltd and click "install".
It is that simple, the app once installed is ready to use.
Be aware that to make use of this app you will need to connect via wifi to your pulse master. All other devices that you wish to monitor/control will need to be connected to the pulse.
