Version Number and Serial Number
If you contact Timecode Systems technical support, you may be asked to provide the serial number of your UltraSync ONE. You may also be asked what version of the firmware your UltraSync ONE is running. To find this information:
- Display the Main Screen.
- Use the Up and Down buttons to scroll to the screen that shows UltraSync ONE at the top.

| Usnc1 | The version number of the firmware that is installed on your UltraSync ONE |
| Ser.No | The serial number of your UltraSync ONE unit. |
